Your Responsibilities

- 1st- and 2nd-level support for our business customers (remote and on-site)
- Structured and Efficient Analysis and Resolution of IT Issues
- Support for Windows client and server environments
- Microsoft 365 Administration (Users, Licenses, Services)
- Setup and Maintenance of Workstations and Networks
- Documentation of Solutions and Systems
What You Bring to the Table
Here’s what you need to bring:
- Completed training as an IT specialist in system integration or a comparable degree
- Initial experience in IT support or system administration
- Basic knowledge of Windows, networking (DNS, DHCP, VPN), and Microsoft 365
- Structured, independent work style
- Strong communication skills and a passion for working with customers
That would be a plus:
- Experience with firewall solutions (e.g., WatchGuard)
- Knowledge of IT security or backup systems (e.g., Veeam)
- Experience with remote monitoring and documentation tools
